We had great customer service by “V.” It is unfortunate that the coffee tasted like sewer water and made me ill. The food was okay just that the plates were dirty and had that subpar washed looked. It was a bit nauseating. Other people did not seem to notice. Pigeons roamed freely within the place and the bar area smelled like sewer water as well. Other people’s drink items placed in front of us. I still feel like I ate lots of bacteria. It’s a dive. Just dirty!

Friendly service even at a busy time. I had the Triple play. The loco Moco was very good and the pancakes were too! The Benedict was okay. I love that you can get breakfast all day.

We thought this was a solid breakfast place with delicious food. It gets busy but our server was very sweet and took great care of us. Food was good just not memorable. Come check this place out.

Our family came down for lunch. One of our group didn’t see anything at CJ’s that interested her. The place right next door Blue Water Shrimp had a great coconut shrimp. The staff at CJ’s wouldn’t allow my wife to join us even at a patio table if she got something to eat next door. The patio tables for both places is separated by about a 10 foot aisle. If you come here. I recommend going to Blue Water Shrimp instead.

“It seems like the ‘New York Style’ at Cj’s Deli might be referring to the ‘New York Minute’ attitude—the speed at which their staff conveniently walks by customers in need of assistance. Perhaps a little more hustle and customer care would do wonders for their deli reputation!”

It was so-so, but it was not fantastic. There is a pigeon near cafe. We ordered some tomatoes Pilates and loco moco. The price is pretty nice, but taste is not good, but not bad Soso.

Has mainland and traditional Hawaiian food. Deli sandwiches and breakfast served all day. Rueban piled high and grilled deliciously. Ask for crispy fries, they were good.

We came to eat as a family for lunch but just because your restaurant didn’t have coconut shrimp, 1 family member had to go outside & eat their coconut shrimp from the wonderful place next door to them by themselves. Thought this place was family friendly & known for the Aloha spirit. Obviously not when you kick out a family member.

If you’re so over having Hawaiian cuisine and have some hankering for really robust, hearty deli style food, then this comes very close. Large servings, not too expensive and delicious sammiches. Good service but the place does get really busy during peak hours, so be patient while waiting for a table to open up or while waiting for your order to arrive. They do up some choices with a Hawaiian twist.
