This is the third time we have given CJs pizza in Plainfield a try. I ordered hand tossed, the crust is as thin as paper and the pizza is not cooked fully. When I arrived after ordering, the worker stated “she had cut off ordering an hour ago because they were out of dough.” Which is obvious because they sold me this trash instead of saying hey we did not have dough here is your money back. $50 wasted on 2 inedible pizzas. I tried to call back and no one answers.

Order delivery for the first time. Not only were they 20+ minutes late on the delivery. They forgot the pizza on the first trip. I literally had to call them they never realizedit was still in the driver’s car. Oh, he forgot it in the bag. Instead of remaking the pizza because it was already late and cold, they dropped off the same pizza. It was just very disappointing. I requested contact and never received any and paid $50 for this delivery. For cold wings and cold pizza.

Convenient to order online, Delivery was on time. Food: The loaded potato skins were the smallest potato skins I’ve ever seen. The bread sticks were not done, they were doughy. The Greek salad was ok. All in all: meh.

We were excited to try a new pizza location close to home. When we got there, there was only us and another table. Kinda knew it was gonna go down hill when it took about 10 mins to get our drinks. But nonetheless we continued our experience. Husband and I split a large pizza. I had asked for extra pineapple. And boy did I get it. It was like they forgot after the pizza was cooked, rush to heat some up and dumped a whole can on top to make up for it. Our pizza was soggy and had no flavor after. The waitress didn’t really come back to check on us. I had to hunt down our own silverware and napkins on top of it all. Definitely won’t be back. 2 stars for their breadsticks, those were really good.

First time EVER I have been disappointed with my pizza and I do not think it was all CJ’s…115 minutes after the SECOND delivery time given to me. Crust still white, cold pizza, and soggy. I will try again but maybe pick it up myself.
