I ordered traditional tacos and American style tacos with a side of beans. Everything was delicious. Plenty of condiments for the tacos very authentic. The young lady that took my order has great customer service. It’s nice to have more food choices in the neighborhood.

I recently placed an order for delivery and was told that I could expect it between 45 mins to an hour. After an hour and 20 minutes I called about the arrival of my delivery but after being on hold for 5 minutes the young woman on the phone took 15 minutes to tell me that she made a mistake and while I was charged for the order the cooks never received my order. After repeating my self several times I was told that my order would be delivered when the driver returned to the restaurant and she did apologize.

This place is under New Management which is a huge plus as the previous owners weren’t nice to their customers. Placed the small order today and while the food was pretty good, I did bring attention to a manager a health issue as there were bird droppings in the outside front entrance of this establishment. Management did take note but I afterwards saw one of the employees simply sweep away said bird residue using a broom which I felt was not the correct course of action.

I purchased a hot wing platter with fries. Extremely dry, no flavor, no sauce, hot wing and fries were still white under cooked. So i returned 99% of the platter. Horrible. The owner refused to give me a refund. I’m contacting License and Inspection tomorrow. They have to be reported.

Classic Sub Shop has a great variety of hoagies and fresh salads to accommodate any of their meals or platters. Other specials that are freshly made include my favorite roast beef sandwich that includes three side orders. New Panini sandwiches have become the Mt Airy dine-in favorite; I prefer the mozzarella fresca Panini.

Normally, the food is good. Saturday my daughter said the cheese steak meat tasted strange. Yesterday, ordered mozzarella fries (2), chicken cheese steak and other things. Delivered without the fries. When fries later delivered the cheese was not mozzarella and the normally delicious fries were terrible. The extra instructions were disregarded. Something has changed. I will not order again. This is sad because we order frequently.

I placed an order on Christmas Eve. My mushroom cheese steak was really good. The cheese pizza was nice hot and gooey. Best of all, my order was delivered very quickly. I’ve been ordering from Classic for several years. My favorite place for good food. Keep up the good work guys!
