Great atmosphere, the hosts were so friendly and inviting. They gave us helpful recommendations as first timers, that did not disappoint. The “give it all to me” flava was sooo good and the portions were well worth the price. I had the “with a kick” sauce on the side that I also really enjoyed and i really liked the smoke flavor the sausage had. I will definitely be visiting again!

My first time there at claw daddy’s and they did not disappoint. We tried to go out there like 4 times but they would closed early due to food running out. And now I know why. I finally got a chance to try it and omg it’s the best in Bakersfield. I loved there clam chowder soup. But the sauce was very good. If you love seafood boil like I do. This place is a must.

I wasn’t sure what to expect from this place but it was recommended by a good friend when we asked for seafood suggestions. The outside isn’t very attractive and the parking lot was ridiculously small on the side of the road. But we decided we won’t judge the book by its cover. And we’re so glad we did! The food itself was absolutely delicious! Got the #2 combo with your choice of 3 meats and got corn and garlic bread with it. We ordered shrimp, crab legs, and crawfish. We ordered my son a separate meal just in case he didn’t like the seafood.

We came here on a Friday to try it out after reading the reviews. surprisingly it wasn’t very busy. It is a little hard to find parking, especially for it being on the 119 and having limited spaces available in the front. It looks really tiny on the outside, but it’s pretty big inside. The girls where very helpful as it was our first time here. We ordered the combo 2 spicy and it was delicious. After a while it does get really spicy. Also order mardi gras oyster and fried oysters. Hands down, the BEST fried oysters in town. And we’ve tried most cajun seafood places. Definitely recommend for cajun seafood. Will be coming back for sure.

We ordered the #1. We got 2 lbs of large shrimp with the mild “give it all to me craw daddy” seasonings. It also comes with 2 halves of a corn cob, 4 large slices of sausage and a whole potato cut quarters. It was amazing!! Very non-traditional. You get your food in a clear plastic bag and the tables are draped in white butcher paper. You just dump your bag full of goodies on the table, put on your bib and go to town with your fingers. Added bonus, you get to write your name and/or draw on the wood parts of the walls. Fun and delicious times!!

Second and last time here. Started with menu. I wanted raw oysters. Menu stated they were out of oysters. We asked and they said they only had raw oysters not some other kind. Okay, so we ordered raw oysters and other items from menu. When food came to table the waitress said there was an issue with delivery and they did not have raw oysters. Mind you, they had already brought us our drinks and failed to let us know about oysters. When we let waitress know that we came for oysters, with food on our table she said rudely, you can still leave. Wow, should have known. Then, women restroom was not working, flys everywhere. One even landed in my husband’s drink. Dirty place.

We came here for my mom’s birthday, it was our first time here. The food was delicious, the Mi Cheladas were amazing as well. The service was great, everyone was friendly too. I will definitely come all the way down here from San Fernando Valley again just for the food.
