My wife and I were out in Midway and stopped to try Clay Pot for lunch—wow! what a treat! My wife had the curry bowl and I had the El Patron burrito. We both loved our meal. Great flavors and the food was really fresh and tasty. Plus we loved the covered outdoor seating in such a nice setting. Service was terrific as well. We might have to start making special trips to Midway to eat there more often!

AMAZING! I had the El Patron burrito and drizzled some mint raita on as I ate. Delicious! The flavors, the texture…I was sad when it was gone! Also the Cardamom shortbread cookies are to die for. We will be back for sure!

Best food truck food experience I’ve had in a long time! Some of the best curry I’ve had in Utah, too. A bit pricey, but they deliver a fantastic meal. The chicken is smoked in a Traeger and it shows! It’s a food truck so the seating is limited, but the owners are super nice and were clearly concerned about providing a good experience to their customers. Definitely a do-over! 🙂

I heard about Clay Pot Curry co from a friend who just wouldn’t shut up about it, had to check it out for myself and see if it was worth the hype. Turns out my buddy wasn’t hyping it up enough. This food is so good that we didn’t even have enough time to take pictures before it was gone. I got the Kickin Chicken 65 Burrito and it was perfect. It’s definitely got some spice to it, but it’s so worth it.
