Went in Sunday. Best BBQ in Paris. However. Ribs did not fall of bone very easily. A little tough. Maybe it was an off day. But brisket was the best almost seemed like they used Corned beef. Slaw was very good. Fries were not very hot and generally could have been a lot better.
