What a great place to come to for our date night! We’re from out of town but wanted to try this restaurant because they serve a variety of food, including vegetarian!! We had the onion ring tower (batter loaded with flavor), thoroughbred burger with sweet potato fries, baked spaghetti with vegetarian meatballs (OMG, WOW! Amazing sauce and meatballs), warm homemade rolls, salad with Apple cider vinaigrette, and enjoyed the wieddeman beer and restaurant brewed sweet tea. When we walked in, we were greeted with a smile and handshake. The staff was super friendly and the atmosphere was very relaxed. Not chaotic like you find in a chain restaurant. We didn’t feel rushed which was nice for a change. A great place to hang out and eat great food! Excited to go back again!

My wife and I happened upon this place sort of by accident and decided to give it a try on a date night. We did and it was a great experience. The owners welcomed us at the door and were always ready with a recommendation or suggestion. They explained the menu very well and met some of my wife’s specific needs. Services was fast and friendly. Value was very good. Quantity and quality of the food was excellent for the price. I had the bleu cheese encrusted filet and my wife had the spagetti with meatballs. Both very satisfied. Fresh baked chocolate chip cookies for dessert and I had the pecan pie. Very pleased, and even more when the bill came. This meal in Lexington would have been at least 20-30% more. I would efinitely recommend.

My mother and I went here for dinner one night and were not impressed. The food was too expensive for the bland food we received, and the service was slow. We both ordered grilled chicken dishes where the chicken was not even seasoned. My fetuccini alfredo sauce not only separated but the only thing I could taste was butter, and her sides weren’t as good as she had hoped either. We have not been back and we don’t miss it at all.

6pm-7pm on 3/19 We were trying to find a place to eat and everywhere in Georgetown was full so we called Clay’s to see if they had room. We were told by a gentleman who answered that they werent busy and to come over, they would get us in and take care of us. We walked in and waited to be sat but no one came. We were finally told to pick a spot so we went up to the indoor patio. We sat down and waited for menu’s which never came. About 10 minutes went by and another table got sat. After anther 5-10 minutes an older woman went up to them gushing and fawning over them and apologizing for their wait but never looked at us. We never got menu’s or drinks. No one came to help us. We got up and left. As we were leaving, I stopped the gentleman behind the bar who was talking to the older woman and told him everything. He had nothing to say. Not sure if they didnt want to wait on us because we have small children but it was rude and uncalled for. They might have great food but we wouldnt know. We left and went across the street. Poor service, Poor management. I wouldnt even leave 1 star if possible

A local treasure! Serving up healthy, plant based food options – try the veggie burger salad, no bun, with homemade apple cider vin dressing. Delish!!

Did not fully cook the food and was rarely checked on. Also building had wasps which one landed in my sweet tea.
