Saw the signs on the highway and had to try. Ordered online for pick-up, it was super easy. Fried shrimp were great& hushpuppies were amazing & everyone was walking out with a big cup of lemonade. Also ordered fried pickles but didn’t expect them to be sweet pickles… Will go again!

My favorite restaurant in Valdosta for fried shrimp because you can sit outside under a canopy with ceiling fans and a huge fan. They play music over the speaker and the chairs are comfortable. The food is always served hot and with a smile! The sweet tea is delicious! Everyone is friendly! They do have an are to sit inside as well but I love to sit outside and be comfortable!

The food is amazing. Tried the catfish poboy and was hooked, then tried the blackened fish tacos and almost lost it. They were so freaking good, I was dancing in my kitchen because they were just that good….. you have to try it.

I will hunt down shrimp and grits in all the towns we visit. This tiny restaurant has my vote for the best S&G in my history. I whined at first about the amount of grits but then I took a bite. OMG I was hooked and gobbled it up greedily. I didn’t offer to share with my spouse whom was also devouring their crab cakes. I was lucky to get a picture half way though.

This is a gem! Lightly breaded, but we’ll seasoned large shrimp. Fries and a somewhat wet coleslaw salad with a little sweetness. The fried green tomato PoBoy is very large and again they excel at the length of cooking the tomatoes and the shrimp, the seasoning is just right, and it all goes together well. We will certainly be back.

I’m so happy to have discovered this place. A great big wall menu makes it easy to see what they offer. You place your order at the counter and they deliver to your table. Covered outside seating available and #fidofriendly so you can bring your dog. The seafood is fried just perfectly in my opinion. Servings are huge. We should have shared a sandwich. We’ll go back when we’re back in the area.

We visit here every time we’re in town visiting our son at school (Valdosta State University) and the food and service is always great. This time my order was wrong and we were on our way home on a 11 1/2 hour drive. The gentleman taking our order was rushing and not paying attention. We ended up in the drive thru, waiting for an additional twenty minutes to get the item I actually wanted. My advice…slow down and pay attention. Speed isn’t always the best thing!! Overall, great food every time!
