Lovely little spot. We really enjoyed sitting out here watching the sea lions during dinner. Our server was wonderful! And all the staff we encountered were so kind. The dishes seem to be hit or miss. The curry salmon I got was great! But the coconut curry seafood stew my husband got was quite bland and needed a ton of salt and more curry. A little pricey but I expect that with seafood. I feel like it’s worth it depending on what you get and also for the experience of sitting outside watching the sea lions.

Amazing food, best in town hands down. Had the Cesar salad with salmon and the fish was cooked perfect. Everything here is spot on, my kids even ate most of their meals. Had dinner at Clearwater last night after a beach day. They were welcoming even though it was close to closing time. Had the dog with us and they led us right through the dining room to the patio. Awesome! The food and drinks were delicious. The sea lions were hilarious as they wrangled for space on the new dock. Regardless of the sea lion situation, this is the best upscale dinner place in Newport, maybe on the Oregon Coast. Thanks for a perfect end to the day.

Great little seafood place! Kinda spendy but worth it! Don’t forget to take a live cam selfie (link on their website) while you are watching the sea lions! Oh, and they are very vocal!
