I was pleasantly surprised by their Garbage Burger. Great amount of food and good prices. The garlic parm fries were great too, and no up charge on em. Others in my party got the Cobb Salad which looked pretty hearty. My cousin got a $4 happy hour long Island and said it was pretty stiff. Kudos to Cleats today.

My visit was on a Wednesday a little after lunch time. Entered restaurant and not a server in site.. stood waiting several minutes to be seated … ended up seating myself … after a couple more minutes of waiting at my table, a customer at the bar came up to our table and brought us menus, she had also went to kitchen and told them they were new guest’s. Shortly after that a server came out and waited on us. Not sure what the whole delay was about today. Our food arrived promptly once ordered. The food was good.

Went to Cleats in Chardon with a couple other people after playing golf at Chardon Lakes. Sat down and ordered a beer from the wait person and then left to go wash my hands. No soap in the men’s room. Came back and when the wait person delivered my beer I said there’s no soap in the men’s room. She said I know, it broke earlier today. And the manager knows. And then she walked away. We wondered how does a male employees of this restaurant wash their hands. Duh!! I guess they don’t.

Food is gross. Fish sandwich was awful, slimy on the bottom, and more breading than fish, and potatoes are always greasy, and either hard, or soggy. I mean it’ll fill the hole, but it’s not preferred. Their plain Jane chicken sandwich is really good though, I’ll say that much. Cleats seems to be a nice place, and prices aren’t bad, but I never come away from eating Cleats food without feeling sick. Unfortunately.

Service was great the waitress was so nice but the food was completely inedible. Me and my 2 friends split the 30 wing sampler and ate maybe 10. I remember Cleats being very good and was very disappointed. The garlic parm wings looked like they were in a puddle of water

Came to grab a bite to eat. Waited 5 min for a drink (Not unusual) waiter said would be right back to take our order without hesitation walked away (We already knew what we wanted) 14 min later we walked out. My husband ordered a sprite and I a water. Left 4.00 on the table for what???? Seriously disappointed as we loved Cleats Wadsworth back in the day and was lookig forward to trying this one. To bad
