I was told that if you order delivery or take out. You can’t get any condiments, napkins, or utensils. I was also told that I didn’t pay for them. Just saying before you order anything make sure you have your own condiments utensils and napkins.

The Customer Service is very poor. The owner and manger gave myself and my partner dirty looks the entire time. They continued to watch over us and constantly pointed at us while we were there. Once we begin to walk out the door, the man who was our server approached us and stated “ If you’re not going to tip never come back” That is very disrespectful and uncalled for. I begin to tell him that a tip is EARNED not giving. Once we tried tell our experience to the manger, she cut us off and stated that “ he wasn’t doing anything wrong” Worse experience every. I will never go back there every again. This situation is something that should be looked into more. We were the only two African Americans women in there. No one else was treated poorly. This will forever get 0 stars from me.

Do not visit this restaurant in the last hour. They were cleaning and orders are made to go. Seats/stools were already on tables.They should post on website that they close at 9pm instead of 10pm. Bar hostess was eating her own meal while serving me. I wonder what service is like during the first hour.

Watch Out For The White Male Waiter(With The Beard) And The White Stud Manager(Low Hair Cut) Gave Me And My Friend The Worst Experience We Ever Had In Our Lives The Rudeness, The Dirty Looks, The Stare Downs Everything You Can Think Of And Just Before I Thought It Couldn’t Get Any Worst As We Are Walking To The Car The Waiter Comes Out To Our Car And Yells “If You’re Not Gonna Tip Don’t Come Back” And When I Asked To Speak With A Manager She Cut Me Off And Stated He “Wasn’t Doing Anything Wrong”. I Don’t Know If It’s Just Me But You Earn A Tip It’s Not Required And Even If It Was They Earned Not A Damn Thing. The Experience Gave Off Racist Vibes Nobody Else Was Treated Poorly But Us The “Two Black Girls”. ZERO STARS! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE EVER!

Wings were pretty good. Onion rings came with a white horseradish dip which I enjoyed. But I really enjoyed the jalapeno stuffed pretzel! Also, was a great place to watch the Browns primetime.
