The food are great, fresh and hot. The potato bite are garlicky taste and crispy in texture. Chicken fried in a balance way. However the cafteria are so crowded, so many people are taken seat wating for family or friend to bring the food up without having a food. Pretty annoying to to looking around and getting a seat.

Where the hell was management here?? I saw 4 employees just sitting in a clump talking- none of the napkin dispensers were filled, silverware and condiments were low on stock. These kids clearly work the floor, but didn’t even manage to try stocking something till I asked. Turns out they never restocked, they just took a napkin package out, opened it and asked me to take some from his hands- what a lazy employee.

I think theme park food typically gets a bad rap, and Universal does have some decent food options with all that being said. Cletus’ Chicken greatly brings down that GPA unfortunate to say. I am thoroughly horrified from the experience of eating here.

The wings were pretty good, you only get 3 wings and maybe around 10 tater tots! The sandwich was good as well, the waffle was ok but the chicken was good. I loved the inside of the restaurant!

The chicken sandwich was pretty darn good to my shock. It was a real chicken breast, not a processed patty. But the star of the show for me were the tots: crispy, yet soft on the inside, fresh, and salted properly.

It is a comfortable place to sit down but the food is terrible. The burger is bad, the chicken and waffle sandwich is basically inedible. The staff is also moving at a glacial pace while customers are lined up waiting for any kind of acknowledgement. Theme park food is usually not anything to write home about, but this place is remarkably bad.
