Decided that I would check out this small food trailer that was nearby. Met Connie one of the owners. They’re a small operation that has only been in business for 2 1/2 months. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich, greens, baked beans and Mac and cheese. The pulled pork sandwich was a little small and had very little flavor to it plus side was that it was super moist. The greens had some pork in it but again not much flavor to them. The baked beans were made with Bush’s baked beans and had a nice thick sauce with a good sweetness to them. On the Mac and cheese, made with cheddar cheese and Velveta, again some flavor needs added. Overall they were just okay, I chalked it up to being new and trying to wage their way in the business.
