My first impression wasn’t the best. I visited when they opened on July 5th 2023. It was pretty quiet, TVs weren’t on, it was warm ac wasn’t on. But they did turn the TV and ac on after sat down. Lady at the counter was friendly enough. They were almost completely out of soda in the display case which at 1st was a red flag. A local walked in who the employees knew and must frequent often cause they knew his name and what he wanted. The pizza didn’t take long, it looked good and tasted good.

Ordered $100 dinner. Asked for Medium pizza but was told only Large option. They took 1.5 hours after saying it would be 1 hour. Arrrived with wrong pizza. When I called for correction, received another wrong pizza 30 minutes later.2 liter Sprite did not arrive on first order. Second time around they send 3 small bottles.random chicken wings floating around my bags of salad. Promised a refund of only the pizza which did not happen. Had to cook my kids dinner. The wrong pizza was cut weirdly. So disappointed. Stick to Grand Apizza.

Well, I know there are some negative reviews here but I have nothing but great things to say. Needed a late(ish) night pizza and called to see if I could arrive a little after closing time. They accommodated the request and had a delicious pizza ready for me to take out.

Ordered food for the team at work, they didn’t send our soda and sent the wrong size. We paid $35 for two tiny pizzas. I called the manager to see what we could do about the soda, and she was so incredibly rude. Refused to refund us or help us out at all. I was so nice and wasn’t even trying to argue, and she just didn’t care at all. The worst customer service and such a rip off. The delivery driver told us he had a problem with them not sending the right items for the previous order as well. I would give 0 starts if possible.

I Visit the place today with the family and what a disappointment, the worst service I have received,customer services -10. Both lady’s with a bad attitude, front desk lady and the lady cooking. They take your order with the worst attitude,you being a bother to them. We order Garlic bread as well party of 5 and they cut the bread on 4 big pieces,pizza took 52 minutes to be served with a blend rubbery taste.

I came to Clinton to visit the outlets with my kids since they were on spring break. Decided to find a spot to have lunch we ended up here. Food was delicious my daughter isn’t such a huge fan of pizza but she ate two slices and we ordered another to go. Place was nice and clean and my daughter thought the bathroom decor was adorable.
