Cloud Hookah Bar & Grill, service was five stars! The food was really good! The lemon pepper wings were over cooked just a tab but nothing too major. Tons of fun on their patio, very clean environment, great service and since it’s cold out ask the waiters to fire up the heaters!

I love this place. It’s our favorite chill spot. We are regulars here. It is a nice chill spot and the best hookah spot in town. I hosted a birthday here too and it was amazing. I completely transformed the room and the owner was very accommodating as always. The waitresses are very nice too. T always attends to us and she’s amazing. I 100% recommend this place.

It’s a nice place to hang out with friends. The food is good and the severs are great but the service was really slow. It took forever to get our food and drinks. Also the portion sizes are small. I wish they had a dance floor because there was a DJ who came around 10pm on Friday night. Definitely worth a try

The service tonight was horrible. Most of the time we spent there we spent waiting for the server to bring us something. It wasn’t enjoyable. It was a loott of waiting. And the cocktails were extremely weak.

A great hangout place in the Sugar Land area. The Hookah is perfect and spot on. For a bar out in the suburbs, I found it to be well managed and operated. The service was good, the ambiance perfect and the décor fit the place. Ample drinks and hookah options including food. The place is a on a strip mall and as such plenty of parking. The place tilts towards folks of Indian subcontinent origin and the music is a club mix made up of Bollywood hits. Definitely will revisit, however, it is out in Sugar Land so likely more of a local area favorite.

So they said that they forgot to charge me shots from last time (like its my fault they didn’t charge me) on that night those shots were 4$ she charged me them full price this time i went and added more shots to my tab that i didnt order i used to like coming here but im not coming back due to the facts they overcharged me for no reason its not my fault the bartender didnt charge me when i asked for the tab so now when i went i get treated rude and overcharged like its my fault that happened yeah this place I wouldn’t recommend

Was my first time being there with friends. Staff was very friendly, food and drinks are great, however, I was disappointed with management and the rundown of the place. The furniture was burnt in the VIP room and both Hookahs we ordered burnt out rather quickly. It had to be fixed twice and we noticed other customers complained about the same issue. There was no compensation. Paid over $100 and didn’t enjoy what we came there for. Will definitely not return.
