Waitress charged me $57 for lamb chops and mashed potatoes. When I asked her about it she apologized, said she wasn’t familiar with the new menu, and brought me a side of Mac n cheese. I’ve never tasted pasta so dry. Lamb chops were average. 3/10 experience

My favorite place for Hookah! It’s immaculate every single time! MYMY makes them perfect every time, you can tell she takes pride in making sure the quality and service are on point. I attended R&B on a Thursday at this establishment! The vibes are on point! The FREE Hookah had me hooked! I requested to order wings and was told they had ran out, I guess that just means they are just that good! Made a new friend the bartender JB, she was very attentive, super pretty and I asked for a fruity/sweet drink and she definitely served that right up! I can’t forget to give props to the DJ! I’ll definitely be back when I’m in town!

I throughly enjoyed my time at cloud! The food was great but the drinks were even better! I was scrolling through the gram one day and saw a post that had this amazing patron bottle looking drink called the mariah and I knew it just wasn’t real lol so I had to see it with my own eyes and let me tell you I’m so happy I did! I went in specifically looking for mariah and she was my bartender for the night along with seph (she’s such a vibe!) Mariah whipped her drink up, was very attentive, personable and her drink was one of the best in the queen city! 10/10 would recommend!

Decided to go to R&B Thursdays at Cloud and it provided the vibe I was looking for! Great music, great food and the atmosphere had great energy. I sat at the bar and was served by JB. She was very attentive, personable and her attitude was amazing throughout the night. Overall 10/10 by her and Cloud as a whole!

R&B Thursdays at Cloud are amazing!! The vibe is just right and the music is on point!! The security and staff are above average and definitely contribute to the great atmosphere!! The food ain’t never missed!! Mariah the bartender had the drinks top notch and works great under heavy flow, being attentive to the refill! I highly recommend Cloud any night of the week if you are ever in town or around the area

Great place for entertainment. Drinks are good and music too. My only problem was I ordered food, salmon bites and fries to be exact. I waited probably about 45 minutes for the food. Just minutes after I received the food, I left the lounge. I notice as I begin eating my food, it was cold and yet the grease that use to fry the salmon bites was old grease. Food portion was also below average. I’m far from cheap but $30 is a substantial amount of money for six pieces of salmon and a handful of fries.

Cloud Southend is a great vibe. I love all the employees here but especially my favorite bartender Mariah. Mariah always knows how to make sure you have a fantastic time, and she keeps the drinks coming, which are always so delicious. Excellent customer service. I definitely recommend Cloud Southend to anyone looking to have a good night in the city.
