The Oakland cheesesteak was everything I needed. It’s a decent size and packed with flavor. I didn’t think I could eat the whole thing but I couldn’t stop eating lol. The meatballs on the kids menu was good and the portion size was good. We also ordered the Brussel sprouts no back and BAYYYBE! Best thing I had. It’s counter service so that was nice and it’s seems like a great place to be on a sunny day in Oakland because the restaurant is packed with natural lighting. So glad I finally came to this place after years of thinking it was a bar only.

Great place to eat a large lunch or dinner; all the dishes come with a side salad. The Philly cheese steak was really good along with the chicarones with beans and pork. It’s a bit pricey,$30 for the sandwich and the fried pork.

I got a Reuben on gluten free bread and the serving size was HUGE. The pastrami was excellent quality, the kraut was super fresh and honestly these fries. The fries were perfectly cooked. Like the crispiest best little bites I’ve had in forever. I kept eating them long after I was full. I will definitely come back!

Philly cheese steak at its finest. Everything about this cheese steak was great, from the bread roll it was on, to the steak and mushrooms, to the melted nacho cheese on top. You can basically ignore the side salad though, perhaps it can make you feel a little bit better by adding a healthy element. The cheese steak is pretty decently sized, so come hungry.
