Best coffee menu in Sparta. They got rid of table service, and they don’t offer silverware anymore. Everything is paper and plastic, so eating the avocado toast with a plastic knife was challenging.

Honey Basil Grilled Cheese: be absolutely careful that pesto they use contain pine nuts!!! No verbal warning, no warning on a menu. We ordered it as a take our for our child- severe allergic reaction immediately after the first bite.

Nice little organic vegan coffee/ sandwich shop. Good variety of food from sandwiches to wraps and salads. Good drinks , smoothies , coffees. Nice porch seating when the weather is nice. Wish they had more carnivorous options but vegan is their MO so I can’t fault them for that.

Very nice, clean and inviting coffee house.The food preparation time was surprisingly fast for my power vegan wrap to go. It was well packed and presented with a red apple. It was delicious! I would definitely have that wrap again . I appreciate the vegetarian and vegan options in their menu and the non dairy alternatives such as coconut milk for the coffees. I really enjoyed their lavender latte. I highly recommend this establishment, I will definitely return .

Owner was rude. I told him I couldn’t have nuts in my food so I would pass on some of the pastries, he told me I should just eat what I’m given. Then ignored me when I asked for napkins and a straw. Another customer had to help me because the owner was being so rude. Also, their lids are always leaking and they’re a bit expensive for the portions. Won’t be returning unfortunately.
