Had the 2 meat plate with Beef Brisket and Hotlinks. The food was amazing. It was hot and covered in bbq sauce. The wait for the food however took about 15-20 mins and I was 1 of 2 people there at the time. Would recommend for great BBQ in the Seattle area.

Food was ok. You get a good amount for the price. It is pricey, but you at least get a ton of food for the price. We got (2) 2 meat entrees. Tried the chicken, brisket, ribs, rib tips. Ribs were decent and the chicken was probably the best protein. The sides were forgettable aside from the potato salad.

Had to stop for the first time to try Clyde’s Southern wood fired bbq. One of the best..Well seasoned ribs and chicken, I didn’t even need sauce. Mac and cheese, potato salad and cornbread. I Enjoyed every bite.

I can’t believe I’ve lived in Renton for years and never eaten here before. Fried okra, collard greens, corn bread, potato salad, baked beans (not pictured), ribs, brisket, pulled pork and sweet BBQ sauce with just a little kick (but not too much that my wife can’t enjoy it even though she can’t do spicy food). We would seriously go back for even just the fried okra… Or any of meat. The pulled pork was so tender and delicious even without BBQ sauce. We had the sauce on the side – it was very tasty. Everything was great. If you want to feel sorry for your vegan friends, come here.

Food is awesome!! We’ve had the ribs…chicken….did not disappoint. The potato salad and corn bread are excellent…. Also highly recommend the greens and okra!! Can be a little bit of wait, but well worth it!!

As a former Southerner..THANK YOU GOD FOR THIS BBQ truck! Lawd Jesus I was not expecting BBQ this dang good here in Western Washington. Living in Mobile, AL, this place is right in line with Saucy Q’s, Moe’s, Brick Pit, and J. Rodgers. They definitely put their foot in it as you can taste the love they have for QUALITY BBQ. I got the $20 2-meat special (pulled pork and brisket) with potato salad, and cornbread and also ordered additonal sides of okra and peach cobbler. This will make 2..or even 3 meals for one person if you eat smaller portions. So the food taste review…
