CM chicken – korean fried chicken. New location in Westerville. Smaller than the other location but not busy at all. No one was there and our food came out super quickly. Taste was just as good.

Avoid this location!!!!! I ordered whole chickens. First that old guy at the register is rude and their chicken was soggy and overcooked and chewy. And when I called him and let him know what happened he kept arguing. Told him I would return him what I have but he refused to replace it. This is not my first time with CM chicken. Go to the Henderson location much better.

Have been meaning to try one of the other locations for a few years now after hearing nothing but great things. As soon as this one opened I had to make it a point to go in. It did not disappoint! Tried the sandwich and the lunch specials of drums and tenders with different sauces. Personal favorite was the red hot pepper sauce which isn’t super hot or anything but has a nice kick. They were still waiting on their liquor license at the time of visit so I was not able to enjoy the food with a cold beer. Will absolutely be back!

Food was amazing i ordered take out and keep in mind i was late to pick up my food, i drove 15min home and didn’t warm up the chicken and it was still amazing. Chicken was PERFECTLY fried and Drenched in sauce, yet, it wasn’t soggy. I had their fried shrimp and it was so good as well. Thank You for the experience, i will be returning.

So there I was, I had just walked in, and I noticed that the owner was looking around at all of his seated customers enjoying themselves with smiles and laughter. I couldn’t help to make a comparison to who clone Tyrone, so I brushed it off and chuckled. And the first thing I was my dumplings, which were surprisingly good with just the right combination of ingredients. Wasn’t long till I made my way to the chicken. The chicken… first of all the kernel ain’t got nothing on this mix of spicy sweet, savory right off the bone delight. I’m seriously thinking about who cloned Tyrone now because this stuff is good. Really good. Could this be really where the idea for the movie came from??? But does it really matter ?? NO. Thank you for our full bellies and drugging us with smiles on our faces. See you tomorrow!

Was really wanting to like it based on the pictures, however it wasn’t great. I don’t normally eat fried chicken but I’ve had much, much better elsewhere. You can’t try any additional flavors unless you buy an entire set of chicken. I ordered the spicy garlic chicken wings, snow onions and a side of onion rings… Nothing to write home about. Customer service was dry. Gave it a try, will not return.

The chicken is absolutely delicious. Its always piping hot, always flavorful and its so tender the chicken practically melts in your mouth. The sauces are always amazing as well and its just a very homey warm atmosphere. I wouldnt recommend it if you dont like K-Pop though.

Their chicken is phenomenal, customer service was great the first time I went. 2nd time I ordered online and it was $2 extra so I called in tonight. I ordered garlic soy tenders and garlic spicy drums. He repeated what he heard, I confirmed what I heard. I go to pick up and there were 2 garlic soy orders and none garlic spicy. He immediately blamed me and said that’s why he confirms the order. I told him I heard him confirm my order correctly but he made it seem like that was impossible, all the while, he was getting my order mixed up in front of me while we were trying to get it worked out. He did offer to remake it, but he was annoyed about it. He made it seem like it was an inconvenience to make my food correctly. At first I accepted the offer then quickly asked them to just cancel the order. Because he was annoyed, I was worried that the quality of my food wouldn’t be the same (I didn’t think they’d do anything gross to the food, just not make it as good). I’m going to go back, as I stated, the chicken is worth it, but I may just pay the extra $2 to order online so I won’t have to go through this again.
