Best sushi I’ve had in a very long time. The quality is hands down the best in the area (and that says a lot). The lack of a dining space though (except for a single awkwardly-low table in direct sunlight) makes this a to-go-only spot unfortunately, but I’ll take what I can get. Fair prices too for the sushi box sets.

Had the teriyaki chicken bowl for the second time. Everything about it is great. Big bowl, lots of juicy chicken with nice bits of grill char, very tasty teriyaki sauce, as well as the CM Yuzu Miso sauce (optional add-on, recommended). Great deal for $13.

Went there yesterday and I ordered the eel sushi and a wagyu beef bowl and I was blown away by both items! Probably the best eel roll I’ve ever had! The wagyu beef was seasoned perfectly and the broccoli in the bowl was actually seasoned to perfection too! Most places never do anything with their broccoli but they made it so well! Delicious.

Yes I’m writing first sushi review #LincolnHeights. Thank you #AmpedKitchen for bringing another yummy Kitchen to the neighhood. Located at 242 N Ave 25. Late lunch curiosity got the best of me working in area for many years I google search closest lunch places near me voilà CM Ghost Kitchen by Chef Maezaki came up. I ordered Nigiri Sushi Blue Fin Tuna, Albacore, Salmon and Yellowtail. Chef Maezaki did not disappoint and looking forward to having sushi again.
