No one really goes here to eat, so on a Saturday about two weeks ago we decided to go to this restaurant. No one was in the parking lot but one car and a worker was standing outside of that car laughing and talking. No issues I guess as they didn’t have any customers. The lady seated us in the back close to the other exit door and completely forgot us after giving our drinks. The cook kept walking in and out the kitchen, to the outside smoking cigarettes. He muttered to us let me know what y’all order so I can make it extra juicy for y’all. Not really a pleasant thing to say to us after we’ve seen you smoke countless cigarettes and come in and out the kitchen. The cook then leaves in a raggedy blue car that pulled up after we walked out. We never got our order taken so yes of course we walked out. I am of color myself and will say the place was ran better when Caucasians worked there.

Hailey was very cheerful and very polite serving us. Often meet friends at Coach’s for long fellowship and great food. The wings are top shelf as they are cooked to perfection. Always enjoy my time at Coach’s.

Traveling from out of town…. let me tell… you this is the place to eat! Food is absolutely delicious! I had the Shrimp and Grits! It was fabulous! Please stop by and have you a cold drink and a superb meal!

This was my wife and I, first time here. And I’m not going to lie, we kinda enjoyed ourselves to a certain extent. Because from my stand point, when my wife and I walked in the door to me it felt kinda dead. There was one server/waitress and 1 maybe 2 customers there, and I do have to hand it to the waitress she handled her business and she was very Attentive to my wife and I. But about 10 minutes before my wife and I left, there was some customers coming in the door. But all an all, my wife and I enjoyed ourselves at this restaurant. I don’t know if my wife wants to come back to this place, I will have to talk to her and see if she wants to come back.

This was my husband and I’s first time at this restaurant. There wasn’t a huge crowd when we came which was a good thing. Our waitress Ms. Arika G. was very nice and explained to us she was the only server available. We stayed anyway. She did a great job waiting on tables and checking on all the customers. She was very attentive, asked how we were doing and refilled our drinks. I think it was unfair for her to be the only server on duty by herself. She was holding it down though. I loved the nachos but I think it should have been a little extra chips added. Other than that, it’s a nice place to eat and bring your family.

UPDATE: Per the owner’s response, I emailed the email address provided on June 6th. It is now July 2nd, and no response from them. So disappointed in customer service from this place and the company in general. Don’t waste your time going to Coach’s in Sanford!
