Terrible. We chose to go here because it was attached to the hotel we were staying at. We ordered nachos – they were out; we ordered crab cakes – they were out; we ordered a combo app – they were out of chicken fingers (we chose 3 other things for the app but see the attached picture for $16 – TERRIBLE) ; we ordered fish & chips – they were out. We were with two other groups of people since we were here for a field hockey tournament. Multiple things they ordered were also out. Someone in both of the other groups we were with each ordered a blue cheese wedge salad. The one that ordered first had her food come out and they said they were out of blue cheese crumbles & blue cheese dressing. 10 minutes later the second person had their blue cheese salad come out.. with the dressing they said they were out of and asked if they wanted more.. when they said I thought you were out of it the answer was “oh we went and got it from the basement” So did the other waitress just not feel like getting it. Very slow, over priced and low quality food. Stay away from this place.

Don’t waste your time, go to McDonald’s you will have a better experience. Drinks are ridiculously over priced, food fails on every possible scale, and our server looked like he needed a shower, zero tack and acted like he was new and he honestly believed I didn’t notice his arm go into my wings when he placed the mozzarella sticks down. Definitely was not worth the automatic gratuity, so far every place I went to in this town that did auto gratuity has had the absolute worst service.

I ate here for breakfast since i get a $15 credit every day. I tried it twice. The first morning wasn’t great but it filled the need for breakfast. The second morning was just gross. I ended up getting sick at work an hour later. Im here for a week and will not eat there again even with the free room credit.

Came in here with atleast some expectations because the hotel is nice, but, the restaurant is its deterrent. I would like to have reviewed the food, but, it has not come within 1.5 hours of waiting. I ordered a burger, nothing specialized on it, and it hasn’t come whilst the table next to mine came about 10 minutes later, had more people in the party, and ordered food that came before mine. I do not recommend even if you are starving, because you will probably not get your food before you just get up and leave. Nice people, but a terribly slow operation. Go to the plenty of other nice places no matter how busy they are.

Not a fun experience here. I ordered the chicken caesar wrap for dinner, but it took 2 hours for it to come out. My friend who ordered before me also experienced a super long wait for his food. Seems like there’s only one waiter on staff and she was nice but obviously overwhelmed from taking our orders. I don’t think they’re used to more than 20 people at once. The food was OK, but presentation wasn’t great and the service needs a LOT of work.

Typical hotel bar. Nothing special but convenient considering I didn’t want to get an Uber to eat lunch somewhere else. For football Sunday they had a special menu. I ordered the wings which were average but the french fries they came with were great.

To be clear this 5 star rating is for the service, the two young ladies Keisha and Natasha are possibly the nicest two servers I have ever met, we looked forward to seeing them in the morning for breakfast during our long weekend stay and we chose to eat in the hotel in the morning because of them rather than go somewhere else. The breakfast is a slightly better than average Hilton property breakfast buffet. Double Tree, don’t lose these two and use them as the standard for service people hiring in the future.
