I walked into your restaurant with the intention of ordering pizza to take home. I had a great conversation with the Hostess handling take out orders. She shared with me how she came to work with Coal Fire (Piper is her name I believe). I placed my order, went to the bathroom and then came and sat at one of your tables near the door in the dining room to wait for my pizza. Everything was great at this point. Piper told me I could wait at one of the tables in the restaurant or outside. I chose inside. She gave me my ginger ale and I waited. When the pizza arrived it was given to me at the table. I decided to have a slice (hot pizza – yum).

Ordered through doordash. I’m a simple guy. I like a well done peperoni and sausage pizza. I ordered my pizza well done. Pizza came so soggy you could literally see through the crust. I was expecting way more from a place with a these good reviews. I wanted crispy, good pizza. Not this soggy mess.& for what I paid for the price of a pizza, I am definitely disappointed. Used to go to Bop Brick Oven, was trying to find another good spot.

Great place to stop for a snack with the family. The pizza was very good thin with a great flavor. Calamari was good with hot pepper server was Forgetful I order for a bottle water she bring a glass of water and I ask for a grilled chicken salad and she never brings the salad lol I guess they were looking for the chicken. After all I would say I enjoy myself.

I am giving them a 1 star rating due to service… service was horrible!! We ordered food and drinks. After the food came we were never checked on to see if everything was ok and we had finished our drinks and noone came to refill our drinks. We had to ask someone cleaning a table (later we found out it was a managet named Josh) finished all our food and waited for a check.

Our server was great and we were seated immediately. The pizza was fantastic! We also ordered the grilled Caesar. It was not my favorite dish. Tasted like just a hot salad with limpy lettuce. We will return and order pizza again!

First time here and I was super happy we picked this place. It’s not a huge spot but when we got there it was later so not too crowded. We sat in the bar area and service was great. The bartender was very attentive to everyone in that area. The menu didn’t overwhelm you with a lot of options which was good but it was still hard to decide. We got mozzarella sticks and onion rings and they were both super hot super fresh and just great. My husband got pizza with meatballs and that was really good. I got bolognese pasta. I liked it just wish it had tad more seasoning. Overall an amazing experience. Will definitely be returning
