Our appetizers, cheese bread and caprese salad, were great as well as our pizza, but my mom got the chicken parmigiana and it looked and tasted like it had been sitting there for days. The waiter wasn’t very professional when she sent it back but the manager was very nice and made sure it was taken off the ticket. Good atmosphere, but higher prices for quality and quantity.

Very clean, friendly service. I love how they have wine on tap, pretty unique. The wine on tap was actually very decent, and a pleasant treat. They also have gluten free crust option and it was really good. All in all a good choice with great staff

Went during a Cowboys playoff game, the staff seemed pretty out of it, and uninterested, looked like they were all ready to go home, wasn’t a very welcoming environment. I work in fine dining, and my friend I brought along works in the kitchen. We both weren’t impressed with the food, I had the white pizza seemed overcooked, he had the margherita pizza, had a bit too much tomato on it, was all that you could taste. Though I’ll still give a 4 star rating, I understand the effects of negative reviews.

The pizza was wonderful. The crust was thin and crispy. The service was great also. Our kids asked for a color sheet and the restaurant did not carry them. Our sweet waitress walked over to the Omni and got them one herself!

I have been to the other coal vines in Dallas and this one was atrocious. All the other ones were quick with great service. This one was not prepared for the large convention going on with tons of people. My friend and I waited over an hour for a salad and pizza. Again, I am familiar with the high quality of food and service at the other coal vines and this was simply terrible. I won’t be coming back to this location.

Normally we enjoy our experience. But most recently my glass of wine cost more than my meal and appetizer put together. Rather disappointed about the price of my drink. Other than that, the food was spectacular as usual

The food was fine- nothing special. The service, however, was extra horrible. We came with a large group and they split us into two tables across the restaurant from each other. A few of us had to wait about 15 minutes for their food after the rest of the party received their food, and then it took almost half an hour for the waitress to split up the checks and run our cards. Definitely would not go back.

Where to start? Let’s go with the food first. The pizza is extremely over priced, personally I don’t feel it should even be classified as pizza, cardboard with canned tomato paste and very limited toppings. I would much rather eat Domino’s or CiCis, neither of which I rank very high in the pizza world either.

We had a table of 6, spent almost $300 total….. drinks came out in a random order, we had to ask for several of them. 3 people ordered sangria and couldn’t drink them. I ordered a Cesar salad and a cheesy bread as appetizers, my pizza came out about 15 min before them…. the pizzas hardly had any cheese, the sauce tasted like canned sauce warmed up, my pizza with chicken had 11 1/2”x1/2” chunks across a 14” pizza…. all of them could have been on 1 slice, and that would have been about right…..
