I was at RC for a conference and had the opportunity to dine in at the coast restaurant. The place is indoor and outdoor seating and can get crowded specially during conferences and events. While the service at the restaurant was extremely slow, the food did not disappoint. I got the salmon and the salad, both were fantastic. Some folks with me got the shrimp bisque and were raving about it. They said they would come back just for the soup, it was that good!

Had fabulous service from start to finish! We started with the Mussels appetizer. It wasn’t bad, but not the best. The rolls were put on the table and they were dry, so that was disappointing. The Sea Scallops were great says my husband who enjoyed his dinner very much! I had the Fettucine with mushrooms and peas. It was cooked perfectly, slightly al dente. There was a good amount of Peas but I would have liked more mushrooms. Surprisingly it needed some salt and pepper, but thats not a bad thing as I added it myself. We chose the Ritz Carlton Chocolate dessert. We’ve had it each year for our Anniversary vacation here and it was always round and decadent. This year it was a long slice, not so decadent and somewhat dry. The Negroni cocktails were made to perfection! So, we were slightly disappointed from our last 2 years. The atmosphere is relaxing. Heaters were on and you couldn’t beat the view from our table!

Our fave brunch spot on the Island. After hitting the beach for the sunrise and hanging out there for a few hours during our New Year’s vacation a month ago. My family truly enjoyed the patio and everyone loved the Brunch. I also ordered and enjoyed the best Shrimp & Grits which I get everytime we come. I highly recommend them to everybody. No better way to start the day and enjoy a great morning. The whole family enjoyed it and the service was spot on!

Very kind and polite service. The bread they served was warm. The butter was room temperature so spreads easily. The kids meals came with a surprise bowl of berries for each and side of vegetables. When it comes to fine dining, these are the things that count. Cocktails were great and unique. Calamari and muscles were good. My salmon entrée was OK but still a five-star experience. Their young lady manager was very professional and kind.

This is my favorite place to dine on the beach. I’ve never had a problem getting a table without a reservation but reservations are recommended. Enjoy the grounds at the Ritz while you’re there!

A solid choice for the Ritz Amelia, and Amelia Island in general. Servers were friendly and knowledgeable. Their original cocktails were great. Highly recommend the scallops.

Great atmosphere! Customer service was good. Food wasn’t the best especially for the price. Everything was served warm considering the time it took for us to receive. My steak and shrimp was served on top of my collard greens and sweet potato. I don’t understand why it was served that way but it messed up the entire taste for my meal. Everything was under seasoned. I’m all about giving an establishment another try and I will again in the future.

My girlfriend and I enjoy a good meal every now and again and we tried Coast just cause we were curious what a casual resturant at the Ritz would be like and now we’re here for it. The food always comes out great, the service is amazing, the views are pretty sweet too, Nd great bartenders. You HAVE to get the crab fritters, some of the best fritters I’ve ever had in my life.
