It’s not often that a restaurant feels like it’s leveled-up a town, but Coast has raided the bar for Hagerstown. The food is simply delicious and the atmosphere would be at home in cities much bigger than here. But what makes the place such a win is the staff. From the moment you walk in, to the bar staff to the servers – when you come into Coast you’re welcomed with open arms and brilliant service. The live music tonight was perfectly paced and at just the right volume to enjoy and still have a conversation. The team who put this spot together have given it a lot of thought – and it shows.

Food was fresh and tasty. Great atmosphere…. peaceful…table service was also great. Loved the sauces. Tried the hot crab dip and fajita…blackberry Mint Mojito was also great. Met the owner who personally asked us if everything was okay. I’d suggest this for a great date night or fun with friends.

I thought this restaurant was awesome. An innovative (and much-welcomed) way to order and pay, friendly and attentive staff, and delicious food! I often choose a Korean BBQ bowl at Cafe Del Sol that is one of my absolute favorites, but Coast’s Korean BBQ blew theirs out of the water! I tried the tuna and chicken tacos as well and they were both outstanding. Drinks were so good I could’ve drank ALOT of them For the reviewers complaining about the pre-added 20% gratuity: Don’t go out to eat. If you aren’t willing to show your gratitude to the wait staff properly, then you don’t deserve to eat out. I’ve been in their shoes and I know how important tips are to maintain a steady income. Coast’s wait staff are excellent and they deserve every percent!

This was our second time visiting Coast and we were not disappointed. Since we moved up to the Hagerstown area from Gaithersburg, we are picky about our tacos! I was in the mood for something lighter this evening and I very much enjoyed my Basmati Bowl with Shrimp…perfectly cooked rice with flavorful black beans, corn, pickled onions and a delicious crema. Will definitely be back!

Went there last night with my husband and daughter. We loved the atmosphere. The food was very good and fresh. The live music was nice. The decor was welcoming as well as light and bright. I told my husband that this is more like a place we would go to on vacation. It’s unexpected for Hagerstown.

This place is AWESOME. Great service. We love the order as you eat via QR code. The steak tacos are perfect. So juicy and tender. The chips and guac are also great. The chips are homemade and crispy. Awesome drink menu with great beers on tap.
