We’ve lived in the neighborhood for many yrs and never visited this bar. It’s nice, low key and never full, which we like. Very mellow in my opinion, the only thing I don’t like is that as soon as it’s 2 am, your rushed out the door. I understand that it’s closing time but other bars will let you finish your drink at your own pace without having to chug it. That’s really my only complaint.

Had a rough day with flight cancelations and delays and when we got into Houston we decided to stop I’m since it was the only place open late we could get food. They instantly made us feel at home and were super nice. Great pizza and drinks! Definitely would stop by again if I’m ever in Houston again!

Whenever I have to pick someone up from hobby, I stop off here before they arrive so I can chill and have a beer. Ted is awesome and the patrons are just as fun and friendly. Last night I came in and I was greeted with the pleasant sound of The Cramps, Bad Brains and the New York Dolls. It was punk / rockabilly all night and I couldn’t get enough.
