OMG! My first exposure to Chinese cuisine was Cantonese when I went to work at Mars Restaurant right out of high school, and I have been on a mission for years to find comparable preparation and flavors. Fried rice that isn’t yellow and without peas and carrots was amazing….never have understood that one…just needed some bean sprouts to make it most amazing!

The shrimp chow mein and crab rangoons tasted good. However, the chicken was very dry in my Sweet and Sour Shrimp. You read that right. They gave me chicken that didn’t even taste good instead of shrimp when I paid extra for the shrimp. I think they’re understaffed, and struggling to keep up with online orders.

We ordered food last night. It was our first time. We LOVED the food! And the sauces that came were so good – one of the best hot mustard sauce we’ve ever had. The only reason this is not 5 stars is we didn’t get all our order. Hubby was really looking forward to the egg rolls – and none arrived in the order.
