Can’t say I’d recommend this restaurant. Ordered a double cheeseburger which came with fries. The food arrived with a very small portion of fries, as well as one of the burgers being undercooked. Really unsatisfied with this burger, especially with the $14 price point.

For the past few months the milkshakes have been “unavailable” and they kept saying that the freezer was broken, which is obviously untrue or else they wouldn’t be able to serve some of their foods that are kept frozen, and to no ones suprise they revealed that they just didn’t want to make the milkshakes because the icecream is too hard. Unbelievable…

I would rate 0 stars if it were possible. As other’s have mentioned, “Coco’s Famous Hamburgers” is nothing but a Shari’s disguise. I have seen others say that Shari’s is going out of business and I hope for everyone’s sake that is true. My family and I used to be Shari’s loyalists for years. Then, seemingly out of the blue, the service started becoming worse and worse. First it was being ignored when we entered the establishment (at one point someone who had arrived after we did was seated before us, too). Then it was the consistent poor service (i.e. orders were constantly wrong, food took over an hour to arrive… and then it was still wrong). The final straw was when we tried to use a gift card to pay for our meals and the woman behind the register misread the charges. She thought the amount that had already been charged was the amount we still owed and she was sticking to it. The manager even backed her up. When we called corporate to complain, they basically responded with an “oh, well.” None of this made any sense, either, because we had been dedicated customers for at least the majority of my life. Just goes to show how much they value their cash sources.

We love burgers, but these burgers tasted so bad that we couldn’t eat them. These were the absolute worst burgers we have ever had. They were dry and had a terrible seasoning. The ingredients were not balanced. For example, we asked for onions and got one ring of onion. I asked for no pickles and they put pickles on it then took them off so there was still residual pickle on my burger. Another burger was supposed to be no cheese, but they had put cheese on it then taken it off so there was still residual cheese.. Clearly the hamburger patties were pre-made then frozen and not fresh beef. The fries were soggy. We had to eat something else for dinner. I hope other people are made aware because they should be warned not to waste their money.

This food was horrible. We got nothing we asked for, both burgers were completely burnt, it gave me all the veggies I didn’t ask for. It was very cold, unsalted fries, watery drinks, no flavor. It’s like they didn’t even look at what we asked for. My husband asked for a chicken burger and got a black burnt hamburger Patti. So frustrated. Not to mention they are expensive.

Bought two bacon cheeseburger burgers and there was no bacon and the food was cold. Not ordering from “Shari’s ” false kitchen. What a scam. If they want business then they should make better food and not scam people into believing they are ordering from another business

This is a Shari’s front. Shari’s is out of frozen breakfast ideas so they decided to open a “virtual kitchen” to sell their frozen hamburgers. No choice matters here because all food is bland and straight out of an icebox. Greasy unseasoned french fries (they only serve a small handful so it doesn’t matter much, other than the fact that you paid for them).

Got the Santa Fe burger because the sauce sounded delicious. I also ordered it with a chicken patty. When it came, there was no avocado or sauce and it was beef.. I was very disappointed. It was still good but it would have been better with avo and the sauce. The sauce that I think really makes the burger!

I dont even know where to start with this… it took them an hour to make our order, the menu was not accurate in any way. We ordered the “hang over burger” witch did not advertise having cheese in the picture or ingredients list but did have cheese, and the chicken strips witch did not say included fries came witch fries so we ordered an extra side of fries for no reason. The fries where completely bland with no flavor. You can tell the burgers are frozen burgeres (even tho they offer to cook it with pink as an option), they have no seasoning and taste horrible. To top everything off, right as I was saying that I wouldn’t give a 1 star review without a bad experience from the staff, I bit into the burger and discovered I was biting into the wax paper from the cheese that wasn’t even supposed to be on the burger because they just forgot to remove the wax paper.

If you want a good burger, go somewhere else. Way over priced for the bland & flavorless burger. They failed to add avocado to my burger when they charged $2 for it. The fries were soggy with no flavor. The chicken strips were burnt but cold. All in all was a real big disappointment.
