Went there late one night for dinner about an hour before close. They were happy to seat us. The food was made fresh. I got the California burrito (so good) and the other person got the chipotle burrito with sauce on the side. My margarita on ice was perfect. The food was good. I’ve been there about three times now since they opened. One time they were very busy and had a slight hiccup in our order, but they corrected it. Don’t know why the other reviewers are so harsh. The food always tastes great. Customer service is always on point.

Order a $10 chicken salad and got little bits of chicken on all iceberg lettuce and gave me no dressing in which I asked for some. Not happy I spent ten dollars for this

The BESTTTT mexican in mentor PERIOD. And that’s saying a lot because I usually order TO-GO! The ones down the street do not compare at any capacity. Chicken always juicy, chorizo always delicious, queso always flavorful and smooth, and the RICE is good!! I’m Spanish and this rice is amazing and always cooked extremely well. OH and margaritas HITTT, you won’t find better Rita’s anywhere else. Try the Chori Pollo and Burrito Roqueta! ❤️

we went on a tuesday for taco’s asked for the specials since when you call it goes straight to a mssg no one ever answered after 4-5 calls so he(server) says we have no specials. ok no big so we order and the tacos were just ok one was not edible the chicken was chewey i ended up spitting it out the chips n salsa were good service was kind of not that good but not terrible wouldnt recommend or go back

They appear to have changed hands. Although the salsa is still good, I had mold on the fish in my fish tacos. I had asked for the fish tacos to have the Pico de gallo on the side but they came with the Pico on top. I sent it back and all they did was scrape the Pico off but did not remake the dish. Our friends rice and beans were cold, which we brought to the servers attention. Neither issues, the moldy fish or the cold aide dishes, were adjusted on the bill. This is the second time we have had problems with mold on the fish so I don’t think we will be going back.

Went on a Friday night and was surprised at how few people were here. Usually a wait for Friday night dining in Mentor. Best Margarita I have had in a LONG TIme!! Service was wonderful, friendly and efficient. I ordered Flautas and way preferred the chicken over the beef. I also order a side of rice which was so so.

If you like paying for a credit card surcharge that is 4% of your check total come here!! That was one of the unpleasant surprises here. The food was far from good. The shredded beef was super salty. The ground beef was just that ground beef without flavor. Over priced food not worth revisiting.

Ok I live on the Bay island of Roatan, 40 miles North of mainland Honduras in the Caribbean. Back in Cleveland Ohio for med Check. Francisco proprietor very attentive. Texas Fajita is superb. Margaritas remind me of home. If you close your eyes and taste the food, you would swear you are at a five Diamond resort in Mexico City.

This was our goto Mexican spot here in Mentor. However this take out visit was way off. We order the same thing almost every time we dine. The order was wrong, missing requested cheese and small side portions. I called in and talked to the supposed owner. He told me that I am wrong and he will charge me for cheese if I came back to get the cheese that went with the fajita which was supposed to be a fajita queso. This is completely unacceptable and very odd for them to not make things right. We are very upset and will request a complete refund from our card services and wont go back. What a shame.
