I would rate it it’s 1.5 so if I could the customer service was OK, but the food was not it. I got the enchiladas and they tasted like store-bought sauce with a greasy tortilla and a pinch of chicken I paid about $10. I personally would recommend another place with a more homey sauce because the sauce is what makes enchilada an enchilada. customer service was OK they were very kind, just a regular experience. I hope they improves since good people

Found a hair in my food. When I called them to talk about what had happened they told me it was a mistake on their part but the owners don’t wear hairnets. When I told them I wanted my money back instead of a replacement burger they told me I could be lying and to come into their store to show them. When I showed up they tried gaslighting me and telling me it was my own hair. After the entire interaction all they gave me was a store credit for doordash when I told them once again I did not want a replacement burger. DONT come here. Very unprofessional.

A place with super burgers in its name should at least have a decent burger. They don’t have a grill or a fryer! The burgers are either microwaved or cooked in an oven. Cheese isn’t melted, bun not toasted. Don’t expect a “burger joint” burger here.
