As soon as we turned the corner, we could smell smoked Texas BBQ in the air. We were greeted by some of the staff outside of the Establishment, where the smoker is and the magic takes place. I ordered the two meat combo, which included two sides and a soda with it, I got the baked beans and Mac and cheese, for an awesome price. The ladies behind the counter were very helpful in the selecting process. As we were waiting for our meal, the proprietor Cody, welcomed and chatted with us, letting us know that he appreciated our business. When the food came, my mouth started watering from the smell of delicious pulled pork and brisket. The beans were literally the best I’ve ever had and the Mac complemented everything and rounded off the meal as a whole. The wife loved her meal as well and said we could go back any time and even asked Cody if he would open up another one closer to our home. Worth the trip to Vegas and is now my only vise.
