Coeur d’Alene Coffee Company opened in late summer 2017, when Danelle & Cody Peterson wanted to fulfill the dream of opening a coffee shop that was unique and also gives back to our wonderful community. Danelle & Cody moved from Cut Bank, Montana to Coeur d’Alene in 1992 and have raised 2 boys here. The majority of the coffee shop was hand-built by the family of 4, making it an even more special place. CDA Coffee Co houses 2 beautiful top-of-the-line Slayer espresso machines, as well as our Diedrich roaster, made locally in Sandpoint, Idaho, that enables us to roast fresh coffee daily.

Excellent coffee. We got latte & London Fog, both were great. Great ambience & decor. Very good selection of coffee & pastries. They offer coffee beans in a glass jar, which is amazing. Great seating arrangement both indoors & outdoors on a the deck. Excellent people working here. Loved this place.

Love this place. It has plenty of outdoor seating as well as inside seating. Comfy chairs and couches surround a giant fireplace that is on even in the summer months. Coffee is very good and cheap compared to where I live. I come here every time I am in town.

If you’re looking for a rustic, downtown coffee vibe with hints of coziness this is the spot. The coffee is crafted with the right amount of coffee and flavor (for latte drinkers). Beans are roasted in house next to the large fireplace. There’s a good amount of seating all around the central kitchen area, both tables and couches. When the weather’s nice there’s a good amount of outdoor seating facing a quiet-ish street. There’s a movie screen (not playing when I visited) but seems like a cool idea.

Very cool coffee shop, I went here while visiting the area, and would recommend to anyone. Lots of study areas and a very warm and homey atmosphere.

Great coffee and lovely atmosphere. I would have liked my coffee hot but it was just warm but still tasty. They suggested Maple Oat and I suggest the same to you guys. It was great.

Probably more like a 3.5. This local coffee stop has a cool big city vibe with a lot of personality. The patio is amazing. I had a breakfast burrito that was seriously delicious. My cappuccino was okay, but was kind of thrown together. The prices are fair. The service was somewhere in the middle, not great but not horrible. I would try it again.

The workers are super nice, super good vibes and let me tell you I’ve purchased many flat whites before. But none of them were good as this one! Exact order (16oz, light roast, triple shot, vanilla, flat white.)
