If you’ve “bean” looking for a great place with delicious coffee beverages and equally appetizing foods, you should definitely brake for this shop. Situated alongside the One Bistro, this is a surprisingly roomy yet warm space that’s very mindful to diners and passersby respectively. It’s well-kept, clean and tastefully decorated with a quirky feel without being too kitschy.

A truly enjoyable experience! Masks are mandatory so I felt very comfortable coming in. The staff called the regulars by name and treated everyone with respect. Patrons seemed to really appreciate the atmosphere, as did I. No one gave the team any trouble about masks while I was there and it was absolutely lovely. There’s artwork on display as well as for sale. They have lots of yummy treats to enjoy and places to plug in your laptop, relax and get some work done!

My absolute FAVORITE place to get coffee. (Both Xenia and Beavercreek). Love love love the community atmosphere, it seems like you always see a friend or make a new one. The baristas are always super friendly and accommodating. The coffee is the best! The food is amazing! Best breakfast sandwiches and quiche for a very good price. The waffles are delicious. Never had a less than wonderful experience. 🙂

Love these smaller coffee stands and have visited a few other of the Coffee Hub locations in recent weeks. Gotta say, really like their Latte options and GF/vegan danishes. Each location has it’s own “vibe” which is to say you feel relaxed, safe and at home. Keep up the good work!
