They just rolled out their fall menu today (8/22/23), and my husband and I tried out the Witch’s Brew (iced) and Smores Latte (hot). The Witch’s Brew is a cold brew with purple sweet potato foam! But the Smores latte really took the cake. It was like drinking a hug.

I love the food and service at Coffee Republic so much! My husband and I have made it a weekly date/brunch spot and it never disappoints. It does get busy on Sunday mornings and its only fault is that there’s not a ton of indoor seating- but the unique drinks, fantastic food, and lovely staff make it my favorite place to spend time with great company or a good book.

I love everything about this cute cafe. They have specialty options like aztec mocha and salty dog (caramel and sea salt) and they are always so friendly and offer my dog a pup cup. Notably, The coffee is very good! I go here usually once a week and never any regrets. I would def. recommend.

Cafe has a great atmosphere and wonderful coffee! My girlfriend got the lavender honey (calm bean) while I got a chocolate mocha one (forgot the name). They were both very nice! Nice hints of their respective flavors along with a nice amount of cream and foam. They even draw designs on the cups too! I’m sure that they have some flavors for those who like bitter or strong coffee.

This was such a nice find! I love the variety of lattes they have and the taste. The people were so pleasant to converse with and gave great suggestions! The only hyper criticisms I can give are the presentation of the pastries could be improved similar to how they are displayed at Java Nation off of Rockville Pike. The other is the date the coffee was roasted. When making espresso, the fresher the better has been my rule of thumb. The bag I picked up was about 4 months old. Maybe this is standard for most coffee shops but I never thought to check until today.

The drink was good, it was fog tea or something along that line, which was decent, the staff was nice, however, the café itself is quite crowded and the atmosphere was very busy. I enjoy quieter and slower atmospheres, but if you like that, you shouldn’t fray from this place.
