We have a handful of great local coffee places in our area, but this one takes the cake. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, including tables, cozy couches, and high tops. The coffee/drink menu has something for everyone, and IMO is reasonably priced. Don’t sleep on the breakfast/all-day menu either. Perfect place to study or meet up with friends.

This place came highly recommended as it’s right off Main Street and VT Campus. Ordered 6 drinks, as well as some bagels/sandwiches, and only got 2 punches on the rewards card. Hardly seems worth the money spent, especially when supplies were out and we had to Frankenstein the menu a bit. After ordering, baristas took 6 other orders and served them all before even starting on my order. Literally waited 35 minutes, which to me, is silly for a coffee house. Admittedly the service was slow and somewhat incompetent, but they were friendly and the product quality was good. So what would have been 0-1 stars gets a promotion to 2 stars. Easy fixes!!! Please fix your customer service! With a bit more attention and hustle, the product speaks for itself! Worth a return!

We waited over 2 hours for our food just to find out they canceled it and without telling us or giving us a refund(I had to specifically ask). The whole place was in shambles, I think everyone in the restaurant had a wait time of over an hour. I saw multiple people ask for refunds and others getting bags of chips to hold them over. Hands down the best coffee shop in town!! Drinks are spectacular, food are always amazing, and I love the vibe of the place. All the baristas are very friendly and prices are decent and reasonable compared to other coffee shops around. Definitely my favorite spot in town!!

Ordered 2 coffees. Then ordered two sandwiches. Waited and waited. Waited some more. Finally asked when order would be ready. Was informed the order ticket did not work properly so no food was being prepared. Tried to get refill on coffee. The dispenser was empty and people were 6 deep in line to order and get refills. Coughed this up to a loss. Will not be back – ever. Couldn’t rate as a ZERO.
