Wow! What a gem! This place is super low key. The staff was SO friendly. The food was delicious. The price was just right. We got soup, salad, 2 entrees and dessert and was only $80 + tax tip. The owner looked like he was cooking behind the counter and was serving everyone. This was exactly the kind of Italian meal we wanted. I’m sad I didn’t know this was here sooner. A cozy place with a nice vibe: The pasta was great! I like the classic beef Ragu lasagna the best, never had lasagna so fresh! We also tried the focaccia bread, which is harder and crispier than what we used to. The licorice pudding was amazing! I have never had that before. The pudding was so smooth. The salt really brought out the flavor.

The dining experience at Colapasta is consistently exceptional with a perfect 5/5 rating. The ingredients’ quality and flavors are consistently outstanding. Lasagna Classica al Ragù, Moringa Agnolotti we’re SO good. I’m eagerly anticipating my next visit. The highlight is undeniably their pasta . The owner’s personal greeting and presentation of a Moringa Agnolotti dish added a wonderful touch to conclude our evening.
