Stopped in here for the first time tonight. The customer service I thought was great. When I walked in they greeted me right away. Very hospitality I got the chicken tenders which were just a tad overcooked. I got three sauces, honey, mustard, sweet and sour and barbecue. While we’re pretty good, chicken and dumplings are great the dumplings were over spiced but still not bad. I got the deep fried peanut butter and jelly which was fantastic. The grits and cheese also was fantastic. Bread pudding fantastic as well. I got three other desserts but I have not tried those yet so far. If I’m in area again I will stop by. If you’re in the area. Definitely give these guys a chance

Chicken tenders were hot and flavorful. Lots of dipping sauce options. Fries were larger crinkle cut, portions seemed reasonable for the price. The Mac n cheese was very creamy and steamy (hot temp,). On the pricier side for fast food but on par with the quality. Service was efficient and friendly using counter ordering but they also had kiosks to order on your own. The Newark location looked really new, the decor was cute.

My son and I are passing thru on a motorcycle trip from New York, our first time being in one of these restaurants. The food was delicious. The reason for the review tho is a staff member named Ty. On the cup it says impeccable service and engaging hospitality. He lives up to this fully. After a bad service encounter at a Harley dealer today this gentleman made up for it.

First off I would like to say that the staff here was very friendly and the service was quick. My review is in no way a reflection of the staff. This review is strictly about the quality of the food. This place is fairly new to the area and this was my first time checking it out. My first impression was that the combo meals are a little on the pricey side for what you’re getting. The food itself lacked any real flavor which was disappointing being that this is supposed to be a southern chicken place. I was left disappointed and didn’t even finish most of my meal.

Nashville hot chicken sandwich was fantastic. Food was hot chicken had a good crisp to it. Wasn’t dry. Lettuce looked fresh was a nice size. Tomorrow were red and looked fresh didn’t look pre sliced. Fries were crispy and hot. Tenders are good. Even reheated they have great flavor and not dry. Menu a little hard to read. But all around a great first time experience.

I had the waffler and I loved that the waffle was coated in sugar so I didn’t have to dump syrup all over it. Syrup came in a separate container which was good so it wasn’t soggy. Cool atmosphere and great southern food.

Super clean inside and friendly staff. Fun decor. Lots of variety on the menu to choose from so our family of 4 was happy with all of our selections. We really enjoyed the crinkle fries, original chicken sandwich and garden salad the most. I asked my picky kids how many stars they deserved and they said 5 so here we are…we all left happy. It was quick stop on our way to Arlington as well so win win. Would stop here again!

I’m going to start with all the negative comments, Oreos over wet? They seemed perfect to me and they tasted amazing! 3 in a pack for $4 not bad at all. I see comments about there kids not liking something kids are kids they can be extremely picky with texture etc. I just want to say this place was amazing from the best chicken sandwich I have ever had to the staff being wonderful. I will definitely be back! This was our first time and best experience I have had at a dine in rest in a while. Also the manager is so sweet and he truly tries he’s best to make sure all customers are happy.

Meh. It has more menu items than Chic-fil-a, but I’d rather go wait in their rush hour line. The food was a little dull, in my opinion. I bought my son the mini (slider) kids meal. He liked it so much he asked for another, but they do not sale them individually. I went ahead and bought him another kids meal. The second one was the exact opposite. The chicken was cooked to jerky crisp and practically unedible. The staff and facility were nice, however, that doesn’t make up for sub-averager food.
