Friendly staff,great breakfast. But, that wait. I ordered then sat for 30 min waiting on my order. I asked the runner if she could check on my food then and only then she advised me that they were 35 min behind. Talking with regulars I discovered this is the norm. So, if you like good country breakfasts and don’t mind a ridiculous wait come on down!

I got pancakes, two eggs, bacon, and a biscuit. I enjoyed all of it, it’s not as great as some other places I have been to, but it was still very good. I would recommend it to anyone wanting a good breakfast in Hernando.

Awesome little restaurant! Amazing service, lots of food, great prices and the quality was outstanding! We stopped in late morning for lunch today and had the best experience. The staff is so friendly and happy to help, it’s a little Mom and Pop place that makes you feel at home immediately. The homemade tartar sauce is phenomenal, the catfish was cooked to perfection and their barbecue is out of this world.

Family owned BBQ joint that is simply amazing. I live 80 miles away and its worth the drive. The food is always fresh, hot, and delicious. The staff is friendly and courteous. But I think what makes it so great is the atmosphere. People from all walks of life come here to eat and have good conversation. Its not just BBQ, its an experience.

Great BBQ and a pretty decent breakfast for the price. You can also get a family meal her for less than $20, which is damn near impossible at other places. The only complaint I’d have is they haven’t changed since I was a small child nearly 25 years ago. Even have the same Flintstones toy machine.

The bbq is always fresh – the jumbo sandwiches are huge and I love love love their sauce. The hot is good, but the mild is perfect. The beans and fries are also good. Sandwiches come with slaw unless you say otherwise. I’ve dined in a few times, but usually call in my order for carry out. Pleasant atmosphere, good people.
