Wanted ribs and ribs I got , tried out Colemans bbq for the first time, order a slab of ribs and 8 wings , priced fairly, ribs were very good, sauce was different from typical though very good and a great match for their ribs , the pieces of bread brings back the old school Chicago bbq I grew up with now out here in the burbs , chicken was great too…the only thing I would change if I was running it would be stop the fries in bottom of the rib dishes save the money n the extra sauce at the bottom would be appreciated more for the ribs..I’ll be back for sure thanks from Ramnu Reviews

They are bad at listening. I asked for mild sauce on all my food including fries and they didn’t do that. I also asked for my bread to be separated and of course they didn’t do that either. I paid for extra mild on the side and didn’t receive that either. I called back to let them know it was done incorrectly they said they know they put it on their but clearly they didn’t. She said I can come back for the cups of mild sauce but I don’t stay near. I am appalled at how their lack of customer service is. I will not be returning because they aren’t professional and I spent 53.00 in here for bad food and service. I can go elsewhere.

I ordered a wing meal & catfish meal. Y’all save your money. The wings were not fried right with no flavor and fries were also old. Look closely, there is still feathers on this chicken!! This chicken couldn’t have been cleaned. There was no mild sauce with my food. I called to let the store know & the girl proceeded to go back & fourth & hung up when I asked for the managers name. Thank God door dash refunded my $. This going straight into the garbage. Just take the trip to Chicago or Maywood to get chicken and fish done right. 0/10. $40 for BS. No thank you!

I ordered my food to go and ordered fried shrimp and large tips. When I got home, my shrimp had been fried in old grease, and the batter of the shrimp picked up the crumbs from the bottom of the fryer. Who sells somebody food like this? The cook should be ashamed!!

The smell of BBQ is what brought me here. The food was delicious. So much flavor. The kind young lady at the front gave recommendations and packed our food with love. Made a special trip to get what my wife and I thought would be some good food. We got just the opposite. We ordered Perch dinner and shrimp dinner. The Perch was old and discolored. The batter on it hard and chewy. The shrimp was no better. It too was old and discolored. The batter was thick, crusty and you could tell the shrimp was cooked in old grease oil. The cook should be ashamed to have served such bad food to its customers.

I was very disappointed with to food and the service. The woman who was at the counter was very rude and short when asked a question. Almost like she could care less about taking my order. The rib tips were dry and chewy. This will be the last time that I ever go to this Bbq joint. Very disappointed.
