Third time coming here to get crabs. They are the best. Father’s Day 2023 had to wing it as they were not preordering. Arrived and ordered only a dozen jumbo. Monsters and had them steamed. SO good. Thanks

I’ve been to Coles a total of 5 times. Out of about 42 crabs,i’ve only had 2 bad ones that were replaced without incident. The crabs are good and meaty. The customer service is always pleasant. I always order jumbos. The problem is that when I order jumbos,every crab is not jumbo. It’s mixed in with xxls or larges. This last time,when I got home and opened the bag,there were 2 real jumbos,2xxls,1 large,and one medium missing a claw. Crabs are good,but I can’t keep getting disappointed with not getting what I paid for. Unfortunately l,alot of my favorite crab places are adapting this trend now. I’m a blue crab connoisseur,I know my crabs. Guess i’ll have to start checking the bag now. Hopefully this can be addressed to keep me a loyal frequent customer.

I attempted to place an order, but the person on the phone kept saying “too many people are calling and I can’t get my work done.” Very unprofessional! I recommend adding an online ordering option to capture orders and help manage the workload.

Great fresh crabs made to order, only a 20 min wait. It was just me getting a special treat for myself so a big plus that I could order just a half dozen. Plenty of sizes to choose from but I know they sell out fast every weekend. Super friendly, I’ll definately be back!

I want to say these are some of the best crabs I’ve ever eaten! They are always hot, very heavy and extremely tasty. The service is wonderful as well! Lisa is fantastic! Always courteous and friendly. I saw this place for the longest after I got off of Rt 70 but never stopped. Curiosity brought me to this establishment two years ago and I’ve never been more happy!
