Best pizza my family has had in the entire state of maine. It taste so fresh and you can tell they put they’re heart into making this food. You can not go wrong by stopping in here. It’s definitely worth the wait. So happy we found out about this gem. All the reviews are on point and mean what they say.

This is now our “go-to” pizza spot. Right in our own backyard for years, and we are just finding it. (Forehead slap) Pizza was more of an artisan style. Wonderful crust with the little air pockets. Great mix of ingredients to choose from. One pizza is great for 2… and we like to eat. We have been won over.

This is the best local pizza joint around, I have ordered countless times for the best pizza I ever had And its all for a good price, they cannot be beat. They are always busy but somehow manage to have great service and be quick, great local family owned business.

Very good pizza…It has a nice chewy crust with a complex taste. Definitely one of the better pizza’s in the area and worth a drive to Biddeford.

I never write bad reviews! However, I feel as though I should share my experience. We have been to Coletti’s a few times and always loved it. Today I placed an order and picked it up. Brought it home for 6 people. Not one person would eat it. It all went in the trash. It was soggy and the dough was not cooked. There was also a puddle of grease on the top of the pizza. I called and asked for a refund. They offered a credit. At this point I do not want a credit to return. I had guests over my house and no one would eat the pizza. They wanted me to drive the pizza back to them. Which I would have if I wasn’t now cooking for 6 people that all planned on eating pizza. $50 for two pizzas that went into the trash.

This was my first visit to Coletti’s Pizza. I placed my order over the phone and was told it would be 30 minutes. I arrived at the place 25 minutes later. It was busy and I was asked what name the order was under. I gave them my name and he said “are you sure that’s the name” not a great sign of things to come. I waited another 20 minutes before I got my pizzas. The pepperoni pizza was delicious. The Artisan pizza was bland and salty and not great. The pizza is also pricey. The pizza crust is their claim to fame, which was great but I’m not certain I would go back for it.

what makes this pizza special is not the crust, the sauce, or the toppings, but rather that every element is done well enough so as to provide a slice that makes you hungry for more. there are no weak points when it comes to coletti’s, there’s only the desire to try another pie.

Great spot with some killer pizza, Neapolitan style. Beware, the Diavola is truly high on the spicy scale but it’s worth the pain.

Graciousness goes a long way in any setting. I’m glad the owner makes good food, but they should follow that classic Internet advice of not reading the comments since they aren’t able to reply constructively in a way that doesn’t detract from their business goals. I hope to be surprised, but I’m fully expecting an owner reply telling me to go to Papa John’s/Domino’s and how he can’t wait to retire.

True Italian flavors, entertaining kitchen. The crust and tomato sauce is addicting. Highly recommend.
