Fresh ingredients no doubt! I ordered the Greek salad but it didn’t come with everything the menu described and they didn’t mention anything. It came with just a few tiny bits of chicken (which I added as a protein for extra cost but had to dig to find them) black olives instead of kalamata, no dressing (had to ask for it) and no pita chips.

I’ve been to Collins Farms a few times now and each time, the experience gets better. With every restaurant opening, there are growing pains to work through, and they seem to be a well-oiled machine now. Wait times are significantly lower, order accuracy is on point, and they’ve even expanded spots to dine inside and out. I love a good salad, and I’ve never been disappointed by their selection. Everything has been so damn yummy! Also being vegetarian, it’s wonderful to have so many options. Makes it an easy choice for my vegan friends too. My only suggestion would be to add tofu someday, but the salads are wonderful without any meat/extra protein anyway. Keep up the amazing work!

This place really brings out the positives of people by providing a comfort similar to a mother’s comfort. The friendly people at the counter are extremely polite in their words and guided me through on how their ordering system works. Also, I could very clearly see the care that the chefs put into their products and how much talent they have. The building is very sterile and clean with a pleasant aroma encompassing the area. When you walk into the restaurant the music greets you with soothing but youthful vibes. Food wise the selection is diverse and can suit all types of taste buds. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is seeking that place where they can relax, chill, vibe, or in other words, be at home.

I needed a quick bite of lunch to take with me on the highway as I was leaving Edwardsville. I drove by Collins Farms, decided to give it a try, and turned around to go back. I am so glad I did. What a quaint and airy atmosphere with dine-in and carry out options available. I decided on the grilled chicken pita and it was super fresh and flavorful. The service was friendly and helpful. A little pricey, but with food prices today…and to know it is fresh made…it was worth it! Recommended

Always enjoy Collins Farm, the inside is so cute. A little on the small side to sit down and enjoy a salad but nonetheless super cute.

The cafe has a very bright, cheery & earthy vibe. The menu is just right, not too big & not too small. We really enjoyed our salads (the hummus & the harvest), they are so fresh, flavorful & huge ( enough for 2 small meals). The only thing I wish is that the salads for dining there were served in ceramic bowls instead of to-go containers.

First time experience. Loved the store environment! Bright, clean and cheerful. The salad was fresh, perfectly dressed, generous!! The chicken was very flavorful, which is important- can often be bland. Nice selection of side items and drinks. Really good quality experience.
