What can I say about Collision Course!!! We go to brunch every weekend at River Downs and also few pop ups. The food is incredible and the service is great!! The combination makes us feel like we are right at home. We enjoy every moment. If you haven’t tried their food, you are definitely missing out. We recommend 100%!

Been to two pop ups for this place & I highly recommend you look out for their next several! The food is that good. And some items have a following so they will sell out if you don’t grab them early. My favorites are the BBQ chicken spring rolls & the chicken & waffles. Someone described the shrimp & grits as “love in a bowl” so that’s my next order & I’ll tell you about the Mac when I get a chance to eat some (my last order got snatched by a greedy friend… they loved it so much they didn’t share!!)

Collision Course has prepared some pretty amazing food for my family. We all love the bbq chicken egg rolls (kid included). The shrimp and grits are AMAZING. Can’t beat the collards or the corn muffins. But my personal favorite is the bbq chicken sandwich with the apple slaw. Highly recommend!
