It’s a pretty alright pizza place might be the best in town but here’s how they could improve… The oven could be hotter. I don’t know if that’s an oven constraint for this place but definitely could be cooked hotter so it’s crispier and whatever. Or if it is cooked at the proper 900° or whatever then maybe they should consider throwing a little sawdust on the wood to ignite it. This helps to give a little crisp to the pizza. I’ve had better pizza cooked on hotter ovens, that’s all. Next up is the beer they should probably have more seasonal beers. It’s about 95° out right now so I’m expecting something like a raspberry wheat or a Hefeweizen, or something pretty mild and light but their menu is full of some darker end beers – not all but you know what I mean. So that’s how you can get your fifth star from me.

In town just for the night. Asked everyone where the best pizza is. They all said Colorado Boy. It’s a solid pizza. The cheese bread was a big hit and the hot oil elevated the pizza. Definitely swing by and give it a try.

Delightful atmosphere and a great group of people working here. I was so happy to be part of the community right when I walked in. Sue was helping me decide what to order and I was very happy with her selections. Margarita pizza and a Buffalo chicken pizza. Cheese bread and a salad. All of these items were to go so my wife son and I could got to the park and relax. I left feeling better than I had ever expected. Such a one of a kind experience. Great looking food and it was delicious. Top notch restaurants deserve credit for being supportive to an overwhelming joy I felt upon entering and being help out while my hands were full leaving. Thank you for the guidance and support. I had a huge smile all day because of my experience!

Some of the best pizza I’ve ever had. It was busy so we sat at the bar with our 4 year old but the bartender was so nice she gave him a small plate with some dough to play with.

Great brick oven pizza and service! I had the buffalo chicken pizza and cheese bread with a cold beer. It was amazing! I highly reccomend for any type of meal, whether it’s takeout, night out with friends or a date night. The atmosphere is great for anyone!

The staff were beyond outstanding and helpful. The beer is brewed on site and indubitably a quality craft beer capable of putting a smile on any Wisconsinite’s face. As for the pizza, let me tell you I love pizza, and I would drive the 20 hours to have them every weekend if I could afford it.

I swung by here after hiking up to the Mt. Sneffels area. I tried the Olathe Sweet Corn Ale and the Sweet Calabrese pizza, hold the ham. Loved the ale and got a cowboy can to bring home to my friends, who also loved it. But the pizza… I will be dreaming about it. Can’t wait for an excuse to come back to the western slope just to taste this again SO GOOD. I want hot honey and goat cheese on everything.

Really nice! I had the spinach bacon salad and it was excellent. When I couldn’t immediately decide on a beer, the bartender was quick to offer a sample. Great service all around!!
