I got my first boba ever from the Del Norte location and absolutely fell in LOVE! We’ve tried quite a few things on the menu and have yet to be disappointed! A HUGE shout-out to Shawna Bryan and Reagan at the Monte Vista location, aka The Shack, for their excellent customer service skills! Always polite, helpful with menu questions, food and drinks always come out perfect! They currently have a brown bag special which is either a regular hamburger or a cheeseburger and rather large amount of fries for only $6! If you want restaurant quality at a good truck location, check these guys out! I highly doubt you’ll be disappointed!

Driving through town on an bday trip and thought we’d checkout this place out for a burger. Holy moly was I very pleasantly surprised and satiated by the food and service. I had the spicy jam burger and a shake, and my partner had the queso burger with a boba tea. Everything was fresh, delicious, and hot (or cold for the drinks). They don’t have a dine-in spot but there’s a little park next door with picnic tables that met our needs. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent food!!! Burgers were delicious made with top quality meat and ingredients. The fries especially the sweet potato wedges were to die for. Excellent fast service with a homemade feel. Tried the ice-cream for dessert. Also a winner!

BEST fries and BEST queso make for a perfect snack/lunch that has become my new weakness. They also have the best coffee in town, hands down. I’m so glad Colorado Grille made its way to Monte. We desperately needed it! Justin and his staff have been awesome every time!

We love the Grille in Del Norte but are more than pleased that they’ve set up a wee shop in Monte Vista. The Avo Burger is my favorite go-to but we’ve been trying other things on the menu. The food is always good and the service has been consistently solid. They’ll be making plenty of money off me and the husband now that they’re about a 5 minute drive away.

To be honest hard to find a good spot to eat ! I spotted this place on the way out of Pagosa springs heading through back to Denver . Food was hot hot, everything made fresh .
