This place is bomb!!! The gluten-free crust is fantastic, much better texture than others I’ve tried. The Mediterranean pizza was my favorite, and so was the Greek salad. And those wings were KILLER!!

Not only did I wander in by mistake but I was greeted by the nicest people and the loveliest smells. This pizza was incredible! Crust the way it should be, the perfect proportions of ingredients, cooked flawlessly. I mean, just look at the size of these cookies I brought home from them!

Good stuff! The 18″ pizza is the traditionally-sized large pizza, which they offer (not the lame 16″ some places call large). The Neapolitan pizza pie has the perfect thickness of crust, just like NY style pizza. Perfectly cooked. The meat combo pizza is also very good. I finally went to Crosscut pizza in Nederland since everyone brags about that place but this place has better pizza, for real.

Great place to support. They serve some of the best pizza. I know, pizza is commonly good, but this place was extra delicious. The place even gave us bread sticks on the house. Those bread sticks were some of the best bread sticks I have ever had. They were soft and fluffy. We had a supreme style and pizza and another with pesto sauce, feta, mozzarella, peppers, and chicken. They were both amazing. The staff were welcoming and absolutely friendly. I will be giving them much more business.

Their gluten-free pizza is top tier. Hard to find a crust that reminds me of traditional dough, but they have it figured out at Colorado High Country Pizza. Toppings are fresh and delicious as well. We’ll be coming back!

I love the Pizza here. We have had a number of pizzas, but my favorite is the green chili pizza! Just the right amount of spice. I also have to say this is the most Colorado pizza place. It’s a little place on a winding mountain road, that serves an honest good meal!
