I was unsure about this place when I walked in, and there was a line and no one at the counter. I was walking out when another person was coming in, so I asked her if the food was any good. She said they had the absolute best pizza. That made me turn around and try it. There were 3 or 4 tables pushed against the walls and a few chairs lining the wall for people to wait for their to go orders. One older man was doing everything. He had a helper who didn’t speak English but served the drinks and rang up your order under the man’s direction. We had steak sandwiches. We were actually served before others in line because he had to wait for their pizzas to cook and could make ours during that time. His menu was extensive for the small restaurant and written on a large chalkboard or 2. Really enjoyed the food. The people waiting were not angry, and it appeared were used to the wait. A sign says it was best to order online.

Ordered a lunch special online and was charged twice for the same order when I picked it up. Noticed it on my bank statement and called the restaurant to inform them. Spoke to the owner and he called his bank and later called me back saying that his bank said they didn’t overcharge me and to wait a few days for it to clear. Waited a few days and it did not clear. Spoke to owner on phone about a free meal and he said he would honor it with proof. Showed him a picture of the bank statement and he argued and said it wasnt real and refused to give me my meal or my money back. Bad business, it was a $10 meal like is that really going to break you? No. And if it is, maybe you shouldn’t do business. Never ordering from them again. What a waste of time and money! Rude owners and poor customer service

I kinda wish I had read the reviews before ordering my food. I ordered two slice and French fries. First my fries were old and you can tell that it was just reheated with a few fresh fries I mean hard as bricks and Stale for some. My pizza wasn’t that great you can tell it was leftover pizza I went early enough where the pizza could’ve been fresh pricing and service was great just wish the take out for lunch was better

I had really high hopes for this place, but was sadly disappointed. It was my first time visiting; as this place was recommended to me by a friend. The pizza was OK, but the customer service and the overall experience is why I gave this place a one star. I placed my order on my car speaker while driving; and there was a loud noise on the road when I was trying to complete my order. The gentleman, who I believe was the owner of the store, said something, and then hung up the phone. When I called back to the restaurant to ask what he said, and to make sure he got my order correct; because I didn’t give him my name or phone number; or get a total, or order confirmation; his response was, “why are you calling again…I have your order…I’ve spent too much time on the phone already.” I was shocked! At that point I refused to give this restaurant my service. Had it not been for my hungry mom in the car, who talked me into picking up the food, I would’ve said forget it. But I ended up picking up the food; and instead of the man apologizing; he wrote it off because he was busy. Busy or not, he had no right to be rude and abrupt on the phone. Customer service is what can make or break a business. I would not recommend this place, and I will not be returning.

This is the best pizza I’ve ever had. The owners developed their recipe in Italy and you can really taste the quality and effort that they put into making it. The only drawback is that there’s no delivery service so you have to pick up your order in person. It’s totally worth it, though. If they had a delivery service then all of the other pizza restaurants within a 10 mile radius would be out of business within a month.

This place is very unassuming and you might think it was not worth a visit – But you would be wrong if you thought that. The pizza here is just plain great. I mean, it’s really good! I can’t explain it it’s just something special. Fold a slice, eat it, and you will understand.

We had high hopes for this pizza based on the great reviews, but were sorely disappointed. The crust was super tough and made eating it a chore. The sauce, cheese, and toppings were great though.

I made my order for carryout and ending up waiting an hour and a half for my order. I kept asking how long til my order would be ready and the guy kept saying I was next everytime. I would have walked out but I already paid. I wish he just would have been honest with me about when my order was going in. I still had a 50 minute drive home after that. Thick pizza crust was ok. But the cheese fries were the best.
