What a great place for a delicious burger and shake! Not sure I’m totally sold on having to order on my phone or on the kiosk but it works. I’m sure it’s fine for the younger crowd but I’m catching on. The sweet potato chips were good and I don’t even like sweet potatoes. I had an original burger and seasoned fries and a chocolate peanut butter shake that was great.

This is a really nice place. All mobile orders. Cash only in drive thru. The food is great. Milkshakes delish. It was crowded but they have outside seating. I highly recommend this place. No alcohol.

Phenomenal burgers and fries! A must eat restaurant when you’re in Boone! The homemade ranch is next level. Get the seasoned/Cajun fries. Sweet potato chips are good too. My kids love all the in house made lemonades.

Hot Dang Delicious!! The burger was slap your mouth high five, the ranch fries were out of this world, and the Buckeye milkshake was the icing on the cake, no seriously. We drove two hours to eat here, I’ll be back once a month for sure.

Comeback burger did not disappoint! Added an extra patty, cheese, pickles and extra comeback sauce makes it better! Super tasty and fulfilling and the fries are hot and fresh. Customization is great! It has changed over the years but the food quality is still fantastic.

Love the Come Back Shack in Boone… and so does everyone else! They have done a good job streamlining the process to keep the lines moving. Great hamburgers and an excellent tuna sandwich! That’s our favorite that we must have while on the mountain. Had issue with order one time and they made it right as rain! We will always come back..

A great burger joint that’s well worth your time. This place was packed, but food arrived quickly at the kiosk set to the side of the soda machine. I ordered the original shack burger and porky fries. Absolutely loved the burger and how smokey it tasted. The porky fries were great as they were loaded with pulled pork and sauce. Each bite was such a treat and well worth a stop while in Boone.

Food is quite solid, nothing extraordinary, but everything very tasty and higher quality than almost all fast food more Quick Service joints. They even have a fresh tuna steak sandwich on the menu. You order from a kiosk and they call you when it’s ready. It also does substantial drive-through business. Prices are reasonable.

They have an actual person that will take your order and deliver your food!! A very pleasant and personable person. If we had to scan that funky box thing and order and pay on our phones, we would have left. So very grateful for Allison… And the food was delicious!!
